Neutrality in History

For the very first time historians from twenty countries representing five contonents gathered in Helsinki, September 1992, in an colloquy to discuss the development and manners of application of neutrality as a means of policy in history of international relations. The proceedings of The Conference on the History of Neutrality Covering the policies of different powers will give a manifold picture of neutrality politics in modern history.
