The FERA2013 conference proceedings began with the section, Education for Life. The first chapter of the proceedings is the FERA2013 keynote lecture given by professor Stephen Kemmis. The second section is entitled Being Educated to Educate. Each of the chapters in this section addresses the experiences and preparation of pre-service teachers. The final section of the proceedings is entitled Engaging in Education with reference to school-based experiences and initiatives intended to foster Education with a big E.
